DIY
Looking at the destruction left by Hurricane Katrina, looking at the desperation left in the wake of Katrina, one thing is very very clear, you need to save yourself. You cannot rely on slow inefficient beurocracies to help save you at a moment's notice, you need to know how to plan and survive in an enviorment where you might not have government support. This is one of tenets of the DIY (Do It Yourself) philosophy.
It was the DIY philosophy that led me to create this website, you don't need teachers or tutors to learn math or physics you just need the will to do so, you can do it yourself. It has been the less useful side of leftist philosophy that has inculcated in people a total reliance on the government. This make the individual powerless to help himself or others without government assistance, this makesthe nation inherently weak because if the government apparatus is faulty the entire nation is faulty.
We need a balance, we need to be self-reliant, so if the government is not present in our locality you and your loved ones can still survive. At the same time there is only so much one person can do to survive there will come a time when you will need government assistance, but it should only be as a last resort, when you have tried everything in your power to prepare and survive and still need more help.

Hola! Well done on a nice blog FSC729. I was looking for information on spanish poems and came across your post DIY - not precisely what I was looking for related to spanish poems but an interesting read all the same!
You see I've just started out learning Spanish. I think I've found a pretty good method, but I'm constantly trying to learn more - faster - and improve. I can't wait to get over to Panama. Already made contact with a few hot Latina chicks. Looks VERY promising. Just got to improve on the Spanish :o)
If you'd like to keep an eye on my progress and perhaps provide some helpful advice, everyone's welcome. Please just surf over to Learn Spanish for Love. I look forward to meeting you.
Hasta luego!
